1. To pay the full amount of fees.


2. Fees are non-refundable after classes begin.


3. All registration need to be reserved 2 weeks before classes begin.


4. A cancellation fee of $100.00 will be charged if registration is cancelled 1 week before class begins.


5. To give the teacher the official authority to act on my behalf in case of an emergency.


6. That Goldstar Nursing reserves the right to terminate the registration of any of the resistant applicant that are deemed by the leaders to be in the best interest of the company as per violation of rules. No refunds will be made.


7. To release Goldstar Nursing and its staff from any and all claims for losses of articles and damages arising as a result of any accident, injury, or otherwise sustained by the herein named applicant arising from participation in any class activities.


8. class size is limited from 3-10 students per group in class and will not proceed if enrollment is below 3 students per group. Payments will be refunded.


9. For class size below 3 students, registered applicants will be offered to apply for private classes, and a different rate will apply. Payments will be refunded if students decline to enroll in individual and semi-private lessons.


10. Students should be aware that unauthorized use of any form of audiotape, photographs, video record or otherwise reproduces lectures, course notes or teaching materials provided by instructors are covered by copyright act 1085 R.S.C. and is prohibited. Unauthorized recording of talks/lectures will be investigated for charges. As such, students must obtain prior written consent before undertaking such recordings. Given that there are a variety of pedagogies, privacy, and intellectual property concerns associated with the recording of classes; such written permission will only be granted in instances of disability accommodations that are authorized.


An enrollment form must be completed. Signature and ID are required on the first day of class.


All information is kept private and confidential according to the Canadian Privacy Act. A written notice is required for cancellation. Goldstar Nursing reserves the right to withhold 100% of the fees for classes cancelled on the day of the start date. Refunds will not be made for class days missed in class or online due to illness.
